  1. Consistent exercise is important and crucial for your long-term health
  2. Sleep is the best supplement available
  3. Fasting can be good for you
  4. Eliminate (or minimize) sugar
  5. Avoid vegetable oils (or modern industrial seed oils). They seem to be very bad for you.
  6. Minimize processed foods
